Une petite nouvelle sur WSP en passant Winspear Resources Ltd - Winspear to acquire property option from ITL and Riley Winspear Resources Ltd WSP Shares issued 39,238,388 1999-06-15 close $3.65 Wednesday Jun 16 1999 Also International Riley Resources Ltd (IRR) Also ITL Capital Corporation (ICL) The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement dated April 23, 1999, between Winspear Resources (the optionee), ITL Capital and International Riley Resources (collectively, the optionors) whereby Winspear may acquire from the optionors a 70 per cent undivided beneficial interest in 37 mineral claims in the Mackenzie District, NWT, known as the Char property. Consideration for the property option consists of: cash payment of $75,000 ($25,000 upon execution); the issuance of 75,000 shares (25,000 shares upon execution, of which 10,000 shares are payable to ITL and 15,000 shares are payable to Riley); incurring exploration expenditures of $2-million ($500,000 to be incurred by Dec. 31, 1999) on the property. There is a 3 per cent gross overriding royalty payable to Inukshuk Capital Ltd.
