NATO and the U.S. continue to turn down the use of partitions in Kosovo. It's basically the same as supporting ethnic cleansing since they can't be protected. In Bosnia-Herzegovena, there are three partitions.

No, I said that it isn't a civil war at all. It was a Serb war against the Kosovo Albanian civilian population. It certainly wasn't a revolution.

Most of the Serb civilians are fleeing with stolen Kosovo Albanian property. You know, things like wedding rings, kids toys, fetuses, etc. I would be scared of getting caught also!
