His status is listed as "delinquent", according to the bar. Due to the "delinquent" status, the lady at the bar told me, "he is not eligible to practice law". --------------------------- ".........This is to advise that the information provided concerning the membership status of Daniel J. Becka, Bar Number 137601, was incorrect. The Basic Skills Course delinquency flag appearing on Mr. Becka's record is an automatic computer function that is still under construction. Staff has been requested to contact the Legal Specialization and Education Department at The Florida Bar if a flag is found on a member record to determine its validity. At this time, Mr. Becka is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and is eligible to practice law in this state....." source of info: florida bar "......At this time, Mr. Becka is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and is eligible to practice law in this state....."( and i assume he intends to do so )
