Hi all,

For what it's worth, RUMOR has it ADCT is looking at acquiring Saville Systems (SAVLY), now that SAVLY is in a weak position. This has been the word for a month or so now, and appears there may be some merit to it. Where there's smoke, there's fire?
Possible 2 for 1 stock swap to complete the deal (which, at recent ADCT close, would price SAVLY out at appx. $24.00/per sh.)

I know SAVLY has alot of $$ in the coffers, so that is attractive in itself. If this is true, I wonder if the street will think ADCT is getting SAVLY at a discount price to its future earnings, or if ADCT stock would get whacked on the news. I feel ADCT would be coming out on top. SAVLY, although it has had its setbacks recently, seems to be a solid player in the industry.

Best of luck SCOTT
