Talked to NY today. Mexico trials going great. New patients enrolling at a good clip. Two new sites opened and another possible. Calls which used to run 80% old investors now run over 50% new people. Lots of calls from big brokerages and institutional buyers. Another rarity, doctors are calling and asking about trial information. I guess we are getting known out there in the real world. Terry

Davis Marshall in drag...while the thought is scary us long term "clonies" are having a good laugh. As for having no hypothesis to offer there is alot to be said for thinking before opening one's mouth. Here's my hypothesis--Clone is NOT playing it close to the vest. The people in Tustin have no idea what's going on. This is away from them. Otherwise someone would leak it on the net. The Sugen thing comes to mind. TCLN's patent estate is very valuable. If someone is accumulating a large position I believe that a 13-D must be filed within 10 days after purchasing 4.9+%. Last time this stock traded with this kind of underlying strength it went to $8. And even with 70MM I & O this would not be overvalued. PS Davis says you talk out of both sides of the mouth.
