Brinker's stated policy is a media blackout for at least three business days following any major market outlook change. As a result, there certainly will be no leakage of any change to any media outlet coming from Brinker or his organization. Obviously, individuals are free to spread whatever stories or rumors they choose, but they are meaningless hearsay unless they come from Brinker. Many false "sell signals" have been attributed to Brinker in the past on the internet, and in every case they have been a total hoax. As for The Garz, she trumpets her calls to the media the moment they happen in many cases. Obviously, if you are available for a TV interview everyday, you are spreading your opinions everywhere.
