NORT shareholders must approve UTI's acquisition and will receive a prospectus covering the salient points re the acquistion. The prospectus materials must be submitted to the SEC for review and comment prior to being mailed to the NORT shareholders. My undrstanding is the materials were submitted to the SEC last Friday and the SEC has 10 days to review them. If no objections by the SEC then the material will be mailed to the NORT shareholders with a shareholder vote to follow (20 days or so after mailing the prospectus). All in all it looks to me like mid to late July at the earliest. Continued good luck with UTI (via NORT). P.S. I'm enjoying the ride as well and hope it continues.
