I assume those are rhetorical questions!! Today's action illustrated that the shares are mostly in strong and/or determined hands. It's time to quit playing games and let the price run because everybody knows the sales are coming. By the way, you now have your buy signal on CKFR.

After reading Don's post it's clear to me as to why TWX and other MSOs don't want to issue press releases about VOD at the moment, especially those that reveal who/what/where they're in trials and deployment. They are already receiving TONS of questions, hype and pressure from the media and public about WHEN is this going to become a reality. Therefore I assume they would want to delay big announcements until they are sure it already IS a reality, and already IN people's homes! They seem to be in big-time "manage expectations" mode where the party line is "hold your horses, it takes time to deploy, truck rolls, etc." My guess is they are playing it very close to the vest to avoid undue additional pressure, and by the time they announce it it will already be deployed somewhere and a "done deal" (and not an ahead-of-time pre-announcement). They don't want to repeat the mistakes and disappointments of the VOD past. So in that light, we're lucky they even let CCUR issue the sparse press release they did. And from all we know, the "big" announcements should still come relatively soon, probably this summer. But this IS happening, and in the meantime we might pick up a broker reco or two, not to mention more VOD sales from other avenues...
