Brad,

You are right Corporate Communications is not the same thing as Investor Relations but it should include Investor Relation as a part of a much broader area of responsibility. I do not know Mr. Lenoski's job description and could be completely off base.

Mr. Lenoski may not post to this forum as it does cost money to have that privilege. But I would really rather him publicize Pyng and the FAST 1 to others. Most of the people on the SI thread have already made the decision to invest or wait until some real news is released. And I do not think anyone here is interested in becoming a national distributor of the FAST 1 or a contracted manufacturer of its components.

So his presence here in my opinion is optional but for the money he is being paid and stock options (50K @ $1.96C which are not worth much now) he has been granted I would like to see some evidence that the stated objective of publicizing the products, business and the appeal of Pyng as a cutting edge medical device company is being acheived or specific plans are in place to acheive these goals.

Are you aware of any corporate communications or publicity lately? I know that Pyng attended the SAEM meeting in May, but I have not heard anything about it (although I have asked on this forum several times) or the poster presentation made there. The poster is on the website. This would seem like a perfect event to cut your communications teeth on. As quoted in the May 21,1999 press release "The S.A.E.M Annual meeting is the premier meeting for academic emergency medicine and will draw a worldwide audience and excellent exposure for the F.A.S.T 1 System." Surely some contacts were made or reaction received.

Brad I hope that you do not take my response as attacking you because it is not. But your message just happened to bring out a reponse in me. I am and have been very patient with this company. All I have ever asked is for investors to be kept up todate on the progress of the product/company. I know that there have been unanticipatable delays and any time a new product is introduced it is a consitently changing and fluid environment that is not completely in the control of the introducing company. Which is all the more reason that the company should communicate and provide a timely explanation when statements made in press releases and websites do not develop as represented. The product has got to be the primary focus of any company's efforts but in a small company that is not producing any earnings and very little revenue, communication should easily be the second most important. The shareholders deserved to be informed.

All I am asking is if Pyng is going to hire a Corporate Communictions manager then there should be some communication. Before Mr. Lenoski was hired I could see how there had to be times when Mr. Jacobs was traveling or in meeting for days at a time that Corporate Communications had to take a back seat. Now that this function has been delegated I can not see any reason why the investing public should not be kept up todate.
