>>Do you have any sense/info if the company has the capital\cash on hand to function and grow?<<

Earlier in the year, I hopped on a plane and visited four companies in Toronto. Angoss was one that I had at the top of my list. I met with Mr. Vining for a couple hours and grilled him with a bunch of questions I had.

One key question I asked was a hypothetical one. I asked him if they did not receive any more contracts this year whether they had sufficient cash to fund and grow their operations for an extended period of time (approx 1 year). Mr. Vining did not hesitate with his response. He said yes. He then went on to tell me that despite the fact that their revenues fluctuate with various contracts they are signing, they have reduced their expenses significantly. The more contracts they receive, the smoother their revenue stream will be. Mr. Vining made it clear that Mr. Apps has brought in very good expense controls and they are working hard to smooth out their revenues.

Their growing list of clients and their enhanced product suite makes me feel good about their continued growth and sales opportunities. I see that much of the expensive development work has been already completed on their product offerings, and they are now able to offer a much improved product to their existing and potential customers.

I will say that this trip to Toronto made me very comfortable with holding this stock for the longer term, and it was one of the key reasons why I am excited about the future for this company. Sure it's easy to spend money freely, but if you are building a business for the future, you need to maintain a sense of controlled growth. Mr. Apps obviously understands this!

As to their ability to survive, and thrive, I am sure that we will have a much better idea after receiving the upcoming quarterly financial results.

That said, if the upcoming court appeal is rejected, then Angoss could conceivably realize a windfall award. They have already won the case, and this is the last chance for the award to be over turned. I am sure that that three or four extra million dollars would help them build some Kick Ass products and grow their business. <ggg>
