Foreign Affairs NATO Anniversary issue (April/May 1999) has a very interesting description of the two main "ideological" KLA wings: 1) derived from the Skandenberg Waffen SS Division (their children and grand-children) and 2) off-spring of the Albanian Cultural Revolution and Chinese rapprochement with Maoist China in the late 60's and 70's (under Enver Hohxa).

Yes, I think it was. Hmmmm!? But what about the last ten years? Didn't Serbs lose their jobs and schools in Kosovo because of the ethnic cleansing policy of the Albanians, since 1989? Hmmmm!? No, I don't think so. It was the Serbs that took away Albanian jobs and schools FOR TEN YEARS! So, if some members of the KLA want to get some small revenge against the MASSIVE number of Serbs who raped and looted and murdered, it should come as no surprise. God speed the KLA freedom fighters on their mission of peace and revenge!
