BT, from today's WSJ:

CustomTracks recently traded at 32 1/2, down 8 15/16, or 21.6%, on
Nasdaq volume of 2.1 million shares. Average volume is 1.2 million. The
stock shed 4 29/32, or 10.6%, to close at 41 7/16 Monday.

The Dallas company, which is trying to break into the business of securing
financial transactions on the Internet, doesn't currently have any products
on the market.

Sands Brothers & Co. analyst David Zale attributed the stock's decline
over the past two sessions to an unforgiving market for companies that
haven't proven themselves.

"It's difficult enough to value a company in the Internet space that has sales,
and sales growth, and a real business plan," Zale said. "It's really
impossible to value a company that has a concept that exists on paper and
no track record."
