Just curious did you double down on the puts?

Now you're just being silly. I said I closed them at the open for a loss. How
much more specific do you want?

more like "cumorous"...;)

KIS,

This may help too:

"Orders are the official statement of FCC actions. The copy printed by the Commission is the official version. Full text copies of all
Commission orders since approximately the middle of 1994 are available online, but are not an official statement of Commission
action. Commission orders are assigned a number such as FCC-95-100. On some matters, the bureaus are authorized to issue orders.
Delegated authority orders are assigned numbers such as DA-95-100. News releases identify the FCC or DA number for the order. To
find a particular order, look under 'Orders' of the bureau involved. If no specific bureau is apparent, look under
"Bureaus/Miscellaneous/Orders". Use your browser's search features to find a specific order under the list of orders. Orders are
available in both plain text (without footnotes) and binary (Word Perfect 5.1 for Windows) formats.

When the Commission considers a change to telecommunications regulations, it issues a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM).
NPRMs are available online in the same manner as orders. See the bureau listing for NPRMs pertaining to a particular bureau or look
under "Bureaus/Miscellaneous/Notices" if no specific bureau is involved.

On certain matters, the Bureaus issue fact sheets to present controversial and technical topics in layman terms. Select a bureau to see
whether fact sheets have been issued for that bureau. You can also look at a consolidated list of consumer topics, , including "How to
File a Complaint".
