Our feature this week is IVOC. We have seen a lot of positive signs of
potential growth in IVOC. They recently signed a deal with Nortel Networks
Corp. (NYSE: NT) to install an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at
their headquarters in Richardson, Texas (see press release). Nortel is one
