With TD Greenline (Canada) the cash doesn't need to be there. They check with the credit department immediately when you place your order. They tell you while you're still on the phone if you need the cash in your account before they will fill you.

Wit requires cash by settlement, I thought WH do operate as Wit, b/c WH is part of the Wit syndicate.
