I am aware of his opinion of selective disclousure and his beef is with analysts being provided with info but on a selective basis. Meaning one on one calls or comunications. Presentations are considered to be open disclosures.

Unless you know for sure that management engaged in such selective calls it is only FAIR not to make any accusations without proof. Basing your accusations on unconfirmed rumors is Not Fair period. It makes you no better than the guy who started the rumor. For me to question your accusation and demand you apologize to management must have hit a nerve.
