OK, I misunderstood what you were saying. But this argument is raised by others, and my comments stand for those who make that argument. As far as your comment on AOL, I agree.

My take on this is that almost all of us are resistant to change.If we get something that works for us we stick with it because to change is bothersome and we have other things to do.Its like,how many people like to move.To me ,its one of the hardest things we do.I think after its done, we say "never again".That in my opinion is a prime reason people stay with AOL.
