Glenn -- by going up -- I bought a wad of June 80 calls while MSFT was still down
around 79 and change for well under a buck a piece. They doubled in value and made me
whole for the day. I would like to see them tack on another couple of dollars before
Friday.

GST,

That was a great move. I did not use leverage although it appears wise now that you said it. I just bought long shares at 81. Only 500 because I do not have the equity that KIS claims to have.

Buying June calls cause the premium to be small. Very wuse move.

KIS, on the other hand, bought July calls on AOL and AMZN. A bunch according to KIS. They could not have cost less than $8 million today sice we had a gap up on the options. Likely he spent no more than $10 million. Calls have to be paid for with cash and settle in one day so KIS either had $8-$10 million in free cash in his account or is wiring a bunch on money.

I was just thinking about those numbers;-)
