as much as I hate to do your leg work for you, there is no such person as Mr.K, sloppy research, the person I think you are referring to is Mr.R as in Rutkowski.

>Furthermore, most of the people that have the warrants have no reason to hold them, since there is very little chance that from here they will go to premium over the stock. <

wrong again, you again have failed to understand the dynamics of the price, below 24 the warrants are worth appox 1/2 share price, above 24 they track dollar for dollar. The company is required to give 30 days notice, but appears ready to extend that 60 days.

>You are so much in "love" with MVIS that you do not try to understand the dynamics of its price, the cash requirement for the next two three years and the absolute need (that Mr. K filled quite nicely so far) to get cash in the till that does not have unusual strings attached to it.<

The editors of www.mavispages.com of which I am one, have uncovered military contracts for FY00 (Oct 99) from the Army alone in the region of 24 million dollars. furthermore congress has added to these contracts around 5 to 7 million dollars. The exact amount is being buried in other programs. There is a similar contract coming from the Navy with similar additions from congress. The Airforce numbers have yet to come out but similar numbers are expected. We are quite sure of the Army numbers and have found 100 million dollars allocated for the VCOP program over 5 years, these programs are aft loaded and will increase dramatically after FY 00
All of these programs are sole source cost plus contracts, even with overruns a profit is guaranteed.

What info do you base your cash shortfall on that would make this a good short candidate?

>If you believe like one poster on the MVIS thread that this company will eventually have a capitalization of $10 Billions, by all means you should hold through all its gyrations. For the record, I do not know of any rational model that could value MVIS in the next 5 years at that $10 Billion capitalization.<

Neither do I, I would be very happy with 2 or 3, which is VERY possible.

You first showed up on the Microvision web claiming that you do not influence stock, wrong, thats exactly what your all about! You are trying to lure some fools off this board to help you cover. BTW do you realize that a large portion of the late day buying was a new institutional investor who is just starting to fill his position. Tell your buddies to go ahead and short I have bought quite a few shares based on this foolishness.

now do you believe this stock is really getting ahead of its self?
