FWIW, I called NETR, again and talked to Tomchenko, again.

I was told:
1) IPO is still on. (What else is new!)
2) Definitely still on because NETR needs the money for working capital and upgrades.
3) NAVR needs to spin-off NETR because it is such a drain on NAVR's balance sheet.
4) Expecting the SEC's approval any time soon.
5) How soon is soon? Closer to the end of June. NETR does not want to announce the date yet but a press release, regarding the road show and the pricing would be issued a week or two before the date of IPO.
6) Why the long process from the initial S1 filing? They have to submit more paperworks as the initial filing was not complete. (Whatever this meant.)

I know all of us are extremely frustrated with this delay. But look on the brighter side.
A) IMO, with today's tame CPI number, it seemed that the internet's correction is over. The Fed will still probably hike on June 29-30 but the market might stage a relief rally to higher ground.
B) The torture for NAVR shareholders would be over very soon. LOL Hey, any lawyer out there? Could we all file a civil lawsuit against Eric for "CRUEL and UNJUST" punishment?

This guy must certainly realize he has utterly destroyed the confidence of investors in this stock....He better have something bigger than an IPO in mind....Whatever it is, buyout or whatever, has apparently not attracted any heavy money, which is very strange and disquieting....
