So the common misconception is that BB stocks are not marginable? Waterhouse still insist that a stock has to be marginable to be shorted (which I thought was true), and BB stocks are not marginable (false). They have agreed to reinstate my two short positions but close them out on 6/10. Better than nothing except NCDR is know halted and HITT is 1500 bucks lower on it's way to zero. Do they think just because they can't get shares to borrow it's not marginable?
