We are not going to get any news for the remainder of this week. Paulson is having back surgury today and he is anticipated not to be back until July 19. Kinda hard to do a road show from a hospital room. I got this info from his voice mail. Call 1-800-728-4000 and go to his voice mail box (dial by name) to hear message.

First thing tomorrow I am going to sell all my NAVR and turn all my call options into puts. This puppy is truely dead. By the time Paulson recovers, management will have missed every possible window of opportunity to get Netradio off the ground. In addition, the market will be saturated with other streaming audio providers.

That segment on Spinner.com made me sick. I firmly believe that Netradio is a better product or else I would not have ever invested in it. The reporter mentioned that Spinner was "first of its kind" streaming audio provider which we know here that this is complete Bull! However, Spinner will win in the end (just like IBM/Microsoft did with Apple a number of years back) because they were able to align themselves up with the industry leading AOL. It is very difficult for me to see anyone purchasing NAVR because they would have to take on too much baggage. In addition, I do not think Paulson is going to have buyout negotiations from a hospital room.

A good lesson should be learned by everyone regarding this experience. Future traders will look at NAVR as perfect example of what inept management can do to a company even though that company has an awesome product in a very hot industry. I guess now is the time to move on and apply my knowledge that I have gained here in my future investments.
