I think ZIASUN issued the response as a PR(they're real big on PR's) back when Stock Detective first wrote em up. It was then of course posted and reposted by there team of touts and true believer longs. But hey, if you wish to truly extend this olive branch try Member 7423026 That's the ex CEO(as of yesterday) now COO Tony Tobin. Or how about Member 7432049 ZSUN-Corporate (LOL) Maybe even Member 7432049 That's Jason J. Tobin, son of the ceo and an Actor.(wow) Of course he doesn't post much, try none. Funny, the same day he signed up for SI so did Member 7467123 Member 7467126 Member 7467120 Member 7467100 That's Capt Spock, DaveyJones, Smithy, and TheMillerMan. Strange that they all have only posted on ZSUN. Coincidence i'm sure, happens with all good companies. Mr. Burns

You are missing the whole point Kevin Podsiadlik. Ziasun maintained its silence throughout the weeks of the bashing on the advice by their lawyers. (I have specifically discussed Ziasun's silence with the company). It is a well known practice that when you litigate you avoid public statements about the case, as it can (and would) be seen by the judge as an attemted "trial by media". Courts don't like it and often throw such cases away. The company in its press release informed you about the existance of the rebuttal and where to access it. If you want you can have it. However it would have to be your iniciative, not solicited by Ziasun, to publish it on the net.

word has it as many as 6 companies that SD writes half truths about are getting together for the same type suits. How does that saying go??oh yeah "If you do the crime, be prepared to do the time" The stock (AXXS) now FWEB traded at 1/2 a year ago. Looks like Kevin and the boys will need to settle out of court as this doesnt look good for the financial companies who utilize the FWEB service. What would be interesting to see is Chatfield and Dean to initiate coverage with a sell, as they do the stocks SD covers. IMHO TK
