If people are warning others about this company's past record, there is probably a very good reason for it. Just too bad you didn't buy on the last run-up... Funny why someone would start posting and defending SK when he hasn't even bought one share. Put your money where your mouth is and buy a few thousand shares at today's closing price. I'll get back in touch with you in a few weeks and see if you feel the same way about the company. I seriously wish you good luck in your investment decisions. You really look like you have a lot of learning to do. Sorry about being abrupt but sometimes that is the most effective method! AK
