You just don't quit, do you?

"I'm quite sure Mr. House knows who butters his bread, but that does not make him a bad guy, and it doesn't make him dishonest."

Your phrase "Mr. House knows who butters his bread," implies bias which implies a lack of credibility. If you believe Gordon House is biased and lacks credibility, if you believe that any part of his report is not credible, why don't you have the guts to say so directly instead of relying on your slimy little implications?

Because you are a cowardly manipulator who is afraid of getting sued for defamation. I believe you still owe an apology to all concerned.

Almost all of your posting is done on MDHM and NPEC boards and yet you claim to have no financial interests here. That is not credible.

Who butters your bread, Wing-fat?

Does it mean Mr. House is lying? Absolutely not. This isn't an exact science, and there is plenty of room for both optimistic and pessimistic interpretations. I'm quite sure Mr. House knows who butters his bread, but that does not make him a bad guy, and it doesn't make him dishonest.

I'm not sure I understand your problem here. The way to prove the assets has to be through qualified experts. My impression is that everyone agrees Gordon House fulfills that requirement. I suppose it would be better if some party of equal or better stature who was not hired by Medinah came in for independent verification. But I'm also assuming that if its true his reports are being gone over by parties interested in the properties they must be satisfied enough with his qualifications and feel he's not catering solely to Medinah's wishes. They must feel his reports are objective enough to use them to decide whether they'd like to move on to the next stages, or it seems to me they'd demand something or someone else.

Witless-LOSER-drip,

<<<<Funny you should mention OJ; this isn't a whole heck of a lot different than getting an expert witness. Does it mean Mr. House is lying? Absolutely not. You are coming awful close to making someone think you have done some DD on this company.

Is is a science or not ???

Would Mr. House only show optimistic interpretations ???

Do you disagree with Mike Gold that it is not a glowing report ???

If you do disagree, please tell the thread why !!!

<<<<<Like most here, I have a job. Don't you?>>>>

We all feel you have a job, just who are you working for???

Regards,

Kenneth R. Moss

You are an amusing person WLD. Who cares about the report anyway at this point of the game? This discussion will likely be over in a few days. All that counts now is a JV agreement. What will you say and do if this happens? Will you then go away for good?
