Paul, Since that is obviously a low clean area and they are using it with a pod that shows they have a high level of trust in it. I suspect such a pod method can save money in the form of less stress on staff, and less highly trained staff needed thus less stray contamination from all sources...once the wafers are in a pod the workers can escape the hated bunny suits, yes hated, and the wafers are happier too, sing at a higher frequency more often.
