I've been making collard greens every weekend. Only time I get greens. I have terrible eating habits during the week. I put a little garlic and onion and I chop up a small amount of spicy sausage to give it a smokey flavor...and red pepper flakes. Yum. But if I could buy it here frozen I sure would. You are lucky to be able to get regional food in the frozen section.
