<< Why is it a black deed if a Serb soldier kills,, but good if an American soldier kills ? >>

Anyone who intentional kills innocent people is a lowlife, subhuman criminal. The Mai Lai murders were criminal acts and brought shame upon our otherwise brave and honorable military forces.

How about you? How do you feel about the murdering, raping, looting and burning of Kosovo homes by the Serbs?

Re:soldiers

Since it is obvious you have never been in the military, maybe you should back off a little. There is no way you can have the foggiest notion how soldiers are trained or what they are trained to be. Yes, they were trained to kill. If they hadn't been, you would be speaking in German.

>>>>>>Soldiers are trained to be assholes<<<<<<<<<<<<

Damn, if that isn't the rectum calling the sphincter brown.

What do you know about how soldiers are trained? What makes you believe that any more of us end up as "basket cases" than the rest of the populace? The truth be known, it's probably the other way around. You are a case in point You've got a lot of anger and unresolved masculinity issues to deal with. I don't think this is the appropriate forum for it.

My Lai was an anomaly, a response in kind to an enemy that slaughtered non combatants by the thousand, if they did not serve their purposes and who used those same civilians as weapons against U.S. troops. It was an abomination born of the frustration that the enemy's brutality was such a successful tactic, while our own more humanitarian handling of non combatants merely served to make us vulnerable to attack by those we were supposedly there to help.

Overwhelmingly, Serb brutality has been the rule, not the exception. They have committed atrocities as an integral part of their strategy, not as the beserk reaction of renegade individuals.

I can hear you now, denying the mass graves and exterminated Kosovar villages by claiming that it is all NATO propaganda or, failing in that, suggesting that it was somehow justified.
