Your info on this seems to match mine, namely that their prospects in Texas do not look good. What's even better is that the current stock price has already built in a massive success. I agree, to most shorters here, at $6 this would seem to be a relatively cheap Canadian deal, not worth shorting. But when you know that this same management group is responsible for many disappeared companies and $.20 stocks, you realize just how far it is likely to fall. Nonetheless, this must see off topic to many. Okey, if there is a more appropriate thread, please advise, and we'll take it there.
