LOL, Annette:

With Paulson out of the way, all shareholders should take this as a positive news.

He was like a jinx to the whole process.

Annette

After I wrote my long thesis on this stock, I went out jogging to clear my head. On my jog, a thought came to my head. Paulson having back surgery could actually be a very good thing!!! When I came back, I noticed that some other people (including yourself) felt the same way.

My Analysis:

A person who has back surgery usually plans for it fairly far in advance and can do it at the individual's convenience. Considering Paulson has so much at stake with the launch of this IPO, he would have made sure that all his issues with Netradio were resolved before having this done. Paulson could and would have put off the surgery if there were still any open issues with Netradio that he needed to be resolved. Considering Paulson is not leading this initiative anymore and he has the confidence to put the responsibility in someone else's hands, we may be getting very close. Closer than many people think.

One Additional Thought came to mind:

Paulson is not going to screw NAVR because he would be screwing himself.
