I am ambivalent about the mixes. Are they better than what you can concoct on your own? And do they save enough time to make the extra cost worthwhile? But the frozen collards save a lot of time, no doubt about it. All that washing and washing and chopping and chopping and the simmering for hours! But it doesn't save money. They also have jambalaya, not anywhere as good as I can make, and macaroni and cheese, pretty good, and barbecued pork, only so-so, I don't remember anything else.
