I think you know by my prior postings that I'm VERY bullish on GLBN. What I don't think you fully understand is the problem surrounding a bulletin board listing (or, non-listing). Many internet (and other) companies with great fundamentals have been totally overlooked due to OTCBB listing and "penny stock" rules and regs, until they were listed NASDAQ Small Cap or NASDAQ NMS (where GLBN will list). Most respectable brokerage houses and investment banks CANNOT or will not allow their reps to solicit shares of OTCBB issues due to contingent liability. I have been an internet venture capitalist for almost four years, and I've seen countless stocks do nothing....until they were listed NASDAQ. There must be a reverse split and a NMS listing. The number of shares in the actual float will drop, and squeeze any shorts (if there are any). Management and friends control more than 75% of the issued and outstanding. This stock will rocket with a reverse split and analyst coverage. And, believe me, I know of a few excellent firms interested in GLBN........once the company has a secure NASDAQ listing. Double digits, here we come.
