Edit...Peter, again from the news release as to when.....
"The terms and conditions of the tender offer will be set
forth in offering documents anticipated to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission not later than June 15, 1999. It is anticipated that the transaction will be completed in the third quarter of 1999."

Someone else should advise you on your inadvertent option purchase however.

Unanimously approved by both companies, what level of chance is there it won't go through as announced? Are the 94,000 short shares already a non-issue? And aren't holders of the 7/30 options at $37 looking to at least capture their premium? So far today we've traded nearly 25% of the float, so it appears the market thinks $37 is as high as we'll go?
