Papaya - I've known Zeev since I joined SI and respect his opinion greatly. His post refers to a convertible issue that MU has that can be converted if the stock price stays over 70 for a specific period of time. I haven't researched any of the details, but he obviously has a theory, which he admits cold be farout, that there will be an attempt to hype the stock up to kick in the conversion.
