Made contact with ACTV Spoke with them twice yesterday and, with the usual disclaimers about management, came away with the following points: 1. The GIC ad deal is not being focused on properly. It has the potential to revolutionize the way TV advertising is done. 2. Fundamentals are not good they're great. 3. insider selling in NO WAY reflects the bullishness at the company. 4. Samuels sales were more like 15% of his holdings, not the 40% reported by Bloomberg. Of course, he has bought an apartment and needs to pay for it. Other significant insiders did not sell. 5. Totally puzzled why Worldgate says what they say. There was a story that WGAT said Tuesday they they would be the exclusive interactive software in the next generation of set tops. this is preposterous, says the Company. 6. Remember the individualized TV product already in the boxes is not even related to Worldgate. Conclusion: I feel much better now. Bear raid may be over.
