I really don't know enough about VTSS and PMCS to offer much of an opinion. I have dabbled in VTSS in the past and it is well positioned in its field. Maybe someone else on this thread or those respective threads that follow it can answer.

VTSS is in an uptrend, at a new all time high. Volume has been good lately and it reports July 9th. Last time it split it was in the 50's so it may very well announce a split at earning report time. One analyst set a target of 75 for it. (closed today at 64 3/4)
