For whatever reason, imho this stock is temporarily moving upward due to technical reasons, mainly short covering due to buy-ins, covering margin situations to free up capital, lack of tax sellers, etc. When they announce the cancellation of the old stock, it will be too late to sell as a public stockholder as the mm's will instantaneously move the quote down to a nominal bid to clean up the remaining shorts. Any public announcement about anything regarding the business operations of this company is strictly related to the new stock now as the old stock is history according to the filings. sks1
