From Bald Eagle on Raging Bull (re. banned from SI for life):

=====================================================================
<<Good news and bad news. Good news if you don't like me, bad news if you liked my posts on SI ( there might be one or two of you ). SI, in their infinite wisdom have banned me for life for making some remarks about REW ( I think he is one 1Brother here ) on the SURG thread. I had no chance to defend myself before the "sentence" was passed. I don't know who "snitched" on me, but I thank whoever did. I was spending way too much time on SI, now I can't. However, if you are an SI member, realize that if I can be arbitrarily banned, so can you. While the stock touters and hypesters get away with their misleading statements and half truths to gain financial advantage at someone else's expanse, the small investor like me is not allowed to post warnings to other investors about other posters' backgrounds. It makes me wonder what SI's agenda really is. Anyway, don't worry about me posting a lot here. I won't. I wish I had never heard of TSIG, though I will miss some of the posters I met on SI. Good
luck to all and remember that real integrity is doing the right thing even when nobody is watching ( except God, of course ).

Bald Eagle - I personally think that for you to be kicked off SI in light of what I have seen from others who post on the thread - is completely arbitrary. That is not what I consider true justice - i.e. to arbitrarily pick and choose who warrants being banned from any thread. To be fair to all - any violation of SI or RB rules of conduct needs to be enforced across the board - which does not appear to be the case at this time.

Good luck to you Bald Eagle. Although your frustrations (some of which I agree with) have gotten the best of you lately - I look forward to meeting you one day when my wife and I head down to New Orleans or if you and your wife ever make it to Hawaii. All the best. :~):~)

Regards,

Phil

Phillip, thank you for your kind words. It is my understanding that TSIG has used approximately $3.0 million of the PP. They are looking elsewhere for the funds that will carry them to positive cash flow. Let's look at the good and the bad. Some PP holders have converted. Some are unwilling to convert with the stock at this price. Let's assume the worst scenario--all $3,000,000 is converted at $.07. That is 43 million shares. Add 43 million to 80 million and that's 123 million shares outstanding. Great news? No, but not the end of the world either. But TSIG still needs funds to make it to positive cash flow. The figure $2 million has been thrown around a lot. That sum will be financed with shares resulting in more dilution. How much? Yet to be seen. If anybody here called TSIG and left a message saying they could provide a few hundred thousand, I bet they would get a return call. Regards, Suzanne
