Specifically, its patented Internet Call Manager "call waiting" phone service provides Internet users with computer-screen notification of incoming telephone calls - including caller identification - while their phone line is otherwise tied up during Internet use. Subscribers from B.C. are excluded from this agreement with SGD. Serengeti is proposing to acquire CategorE.com, a website portal that facilitates the search and retrieval of information from the Internet. This allows users to quickly view and select the best site, category or guide to their area of interest. Subject to regulatory approval to the above acquisition, Serengeti plans to integrate WebReward(TM) with CategorE.com. WebReward will be an incentive program designed to channel Internet advertising expenditure directly to viewers, WebReward will pay its members cash for displaying a small information and advertising window on their computer screens (the CategorE Window). Serengeti will remain active in mineral exploration, including its 25 per-cent free carried interests in six Tanzanian target areas with the AngloAmerican Group, Serengeti currently has 25.8-million shares outstanding.
