KZ,

I think those GHz K7's they are testing in the lab may prove to be beneficial to the stock price. Even an 800MHz K7 might get the stock over $20 ;^)

Coppermine will kick rear at 667 MHz, !?que no?!

KZ,

"No because AMD is a tech stock and nas is loaded with tech and was up big. So why was AMD down when most tech stocks had a super day?"

I agree with you and here is my take:
AMD is very close to (not) making the 5Mu shipment guidance - I brought this up about a week back so this is not new. However, we had a bull run yesterday probably due to the Vantis settlement (takes away cash risk and dilution risk) and given that there are no new developments on the K7, I think people are back to taking a closer look at the unit shipments.

That is my 2 cents.
