Edit: Already I've found at least one falsehood in the rebuttal.

Your article then departs from the facts and states that Amber Securities is the "sister company" of Amber Capital Assets Ltd. in Hong Kong. This statement is without basis and reasonable investigation would have revealed to you prior to publishing the article that there is no business relationship between Amber Capital Assets and ZiaSun or any of ZiaSun's subsidiaries.

Please note the text quoted in hit #1 from the following search (the actual page linked to has since been deleted).

And as to the second portion, ZiaSun's implications to the contrary notwithstanding. nowhere in the "Sunburn" article is it stated that "Amber Capital Assets" has any direct relationship with ZiaSun.
