Are there such organizations as Internet Anonymous where net addicts could seek help?

I have devised an acid test for the screening of such addicts: an individual is considered "addicted" if he/she makes a point of checking email when getting up at night to go to the john.

Well, don't ask me how I score on this. :-)

What are they talking about? I stay connected all the time as long as the cable modem is up, as well as the other 4 PCs in the house running on our own intenal Ethernet.

I think they are a little behind even for this no brainer...
