NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1999--Deja.com, Inc. today announced the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of up to $57.5 million of its Common Stock.

Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation will act as the lead underwriter of the offering. The other underwriters of the offering will be Hambrecht & Quist LLC and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. DLJdirect, Inc. and Wit Capital Corporation will facilitate Internet distribution.
