Missed that particular incident Carl

But have seen it before as well as a MM staying on the best ask
with say a 100 shares just refreshing constantly and absorbing any buying. If I see this and
there is a small rally going on in other big nets then it can often
be a good time to go short especially when you see that same MM
now with a low bid.
