Uncle: Have a welcome for you on Yahoo board. Most of the activity is over there...Harvest who I know personally is highly knowledgeable...and took me to a meeting with the company and Neil Hunter the CEO. This is one of the most unusual undiscovered small cap opportunities I know...but it would be interesting to hear more about your perceptions and DD.

Suggest you call Fran Barskey (PR person) and ask for copies of the CREE slide presentation they give to investors...it will knock your stockings off. Only downside I see is that the stock is susceptible to sudden runs in either direction...but higher lows and higher highs always result when a company is executing well on a steep growth curve. Also suggest you look into CTHR...which makes Moissanite gems from CREE SiC...could do this year what CREE did last year...

Uncle: Significant upside will be the the integrated circuit devices. I also personally think that SiC will make the best blue laser in a couple years. Downside would be competition, but Cree is so far ahead...This has to be a core holding. This stock is a potential 100 bagger. wj
