James, It was a delight reading the visions of yourself, Frank and MH. It was much appreciated and you certainly have made much sense out of all the ambition within the Dell administration. I sometimes get a little caught in market hype and other ridiculous mumbo jumbo. I am a long term shareholder of Dell and just a little frustrated over the last several months but I am sure that Dell is addressing the challenges and are adaptable to make changes for the benefit of their company going forward.
