Just in case (doubtful) no one else has bothered to check, the web site was back up today. As far as I could see, there was no change to the site and, consistent with this management, no attempt to explain why it happened and what they are doing to avoid cash flow problems. Just for the record, because I am new to this thread and to Silicon Investor, I have 20,000 shares of DGTL at a basis cost per share in excess of $0.60. I like the product concept and think this should be a successful product with the right management team. I am not sure this is the right management team. I have called several times and no one answers my telephone messages. They seem to make no attempt to communicate with their investors in spite of having built the e-mail mechanism to do so.

Joe, after about 6 phone calls and one email I finally got an email from Ian. For what it's worth: I refer to your enquiry on Digital Armor's activity. As you are aware we are currently operating with limited staff and it is often very difficult to return all calls on a timely basis. The Company continues to work on several initiatives for both financing and business development but at this time has no news to release. I will advise you upon the successful completion of any of these initiatives. Thank you for your ongoing interest. (end of message) I don't understand why they never made public any information on the QVC-UK venture, Mark said he was pleased with the outcome. Lucky for me, my portfolio is diversified and I can hold this till it recovers or fails. Question: Mark H. isn't it time for an infomercial on CD Armor? They sell most anything. chris
