I bought DIR today, it is one of the best online brokerage stocks, for the following reasons:
1- E/S + 2.49
2- P/E only 11.22
3- only 16 million shares float.
4- and most importantly: the 25 days quite period will ends today:)

compare the E/S and P/E with EGRP or AMTD, enough said.
