Swanny - Why Buy Companies With Fraud?

Is this a new investment strategy I should know about - Buy companies that have management with a history of dishonesty to shareholders and accounting fraud?

I sure would like you to give me a good reason why its smart to buy stock in companies with:

1. Accounting fraud problems
2. Earning restatement looming
3. Auditor resignation looming
4. Stock halt looming
2. Class action that could bankrupt the company looming

Not even the wildest expectations will cause this company to produce enough profit to justify the current price. Not heparin, not the goofy "virtual hospital room", (a plan that will never work), and not any overpriced acquisition.

This company is nothing but a long history a screw ups. Why will that suddenly change with all of these problems looming over the head of SBTK like a guillotine?

Maybe you can provide JUST ONE example of a company with fickle management and this many problems that has succeeded... Just one...

I can show you 50 in this situation that went belly up.

History aint on your side bud.
