Nails, they are full of iron. Get the galvinized ones and you get your RDA of zinc also.

Those big old iron skillets-- I took my mother's when she died and still use them. She said the iron somehow got into the food.
My mother was caring, but also very controlling. She made the egg-eating fun, but we damn well had to eat those eggs every day- and no argument.
